IT Manager Programme Manager Derivatives City. Small but highly successful Trading house seeks a Head of IT to take responsibility for all IT functions across the business including:- Data centres, help desks, networks (voice and data), market data services, IT Operations and software development. Reporting to the Chief operating officer you will spearhead the strategic direction of IT processing, application systems, communications and operations. This is an integral and strategic role with significant budget responsibility and interaction with the board. The successful candidate will have:- Leadership of technology delivery teams within Capital markets and Retail. Board level relationship experience. Technology vision and creation of technical 'road maps'. Front Office and Back Office trading experience including OTC derivatives, FX and Cash securities processing. Real Time trading experience and pricing. Programme and Project management expertise. Business Change management. Budget control.
